@ISOLI: Bitte überprüfe mal welche Repositories bei dir überhaupt in /etc/apt eingestellt sind. Dafür sind die Dateien /etc/apt/sources.list und sämtliche Dateien unterhalb von /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ relevant. Dein 'apt-get update' sieht nämlich sehr danach aus, als wäre non-free nun mehrfach aktiviert. Das macht zwar keine Probleme, bringt aber diese hässlichen "is configured multiple times"-Warnungen.
Das Paket kannst du sowohl mit synaptic als auch mit apt-get installiert. Der Befehl für apt-get wäre z.B.
grep -r 'non-free' /etc/apt
Du solltest non-free aktiviert lassen, weil du ja mindestens ein Paket aus diesem Repository installiert hast. Du würdest sonst keine Updates dafür mehr bekommen.
Schau einfach mal mittels
Code:grep -r 'non-free' /etc/apt
in welchen Dateien non-free überall aktiviert ist. Vermutlich musst du es einfach nur aus der /etc/apt/sources.list wieder rausnehmen, da es bereits in einer Datei im Ordner /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ aktiviert ist. Damit sollten dann die Warnungen wieder verschwinden.

Ist das wirklich der komplette Output? Oder hast du es aus der sources.list schon wieder entfernt?

für was steht das repo "contrib" ?Sieht soweit korrekt aus. Du hast damit die normalen Updates, die Sicherheitsupdates und die Default-Repos für die Zweige main, contrib und non-free aktiviert.
