What you can expect

- Du arbeitest eng mit den Geschäftseinheiten und technischen Teams zusammen, um die Implementierung und Lieferung von KI-gesteuerten Produkten zu erleichtern, die auf ihre spezifischen betrieblichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.
- Du agierst als SPOC für eine Conversational AI-Plattform und übernimmst die Verantwortung für deren erfolgreiche Bereitstellung und Betrieb.
- Du bist ein Experte auf dem Gebiet der Conversational AI-Plattform, leitest den Onboarding-Prozess und befähigst die Teams mit dem notwendigen Wissen und den Werkzeugen für eine erfolgreiche Bereitstellung.
- Du bietest den Teams kontinuierliche Unterstützung, Lösungen und Hilfestellungen bei technischen Herausforderungen an, um eine optimale Funktionsweise der KI-Implementierungen zu gewährleisten.
- Du managst die Beziehungen zu technischen Anbietern, insbesondere zu den Anbietern der Conversational AI-Plattform, um sicherzustellen, dass die Dienstleistungen den Standards und strategischen Zielen des Unternehmens entsprechen.
- Du entwickelst und lieferst Schulungsprogramme; teilst Best Practices und Erkenntnisse, um die Kompetenz und Effektivität der Teams im Umgang mit KI-Technologien zu verbessern.
