What you can expect

• As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for designing the IT service in accordance with ITIL / IT Service Management, implementing IT governance and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• You will create service catalogues, SLAs, KPIs and process documentation.
• You will supervise the external service providers for the outsourced operation of our online services with regard to cost efficiency and compliance with service level agreements.
• You are responsible for IT incidents and coordinating the fastest possible restoration of working capacity.
• You will also be responsible for coordinating the development departments with service providers and other stakeholders for IT-relevant process and system adjustments.
• You will be involved in the transition from project work to IT service and efficiently manage tasks in the service delivery teams from the application and infrastructure service areas.

What makes you stand out

• You have a successfully completed degree (business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering) or comparable technical training.
• You have relevant professional experience in IT service management and good knowledge of common IT standards (ITIL Foundation certification).
• You have good expertise in agile IT process models, process and project management and are familiar with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• You are characterised by your independent, service- and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Your communication skills and fluency in German and English round off your profile.
