Hallo ich habe ein problem mit mrtg
immer wenn ich es starten will kommt forgendes

ist die config falsch ? oder wieso will das nicht starten ?

erstmal die config ist nicht falsch, da cfgmaker eine ERSTELLT und noch nicht deine gewollten informationen abfragt.

was du bei der commandline vergessen hast ist die router ip bzw den community string. wichtig ist zusätzlich, dass du auf dem device welches du abfragen willst einen smtp server laufen hast.
 
bei deiner distrie ist sicherlich etwas entsprechendes als packet/portage/... dabei. verbreitete snmp server sind ucd-snmp bzw net-snmp.
