What you can expect

• You will proactively shape the architecture for SD-WAN, LAN/WiFi on-prem (Cisco DNA Center/Meraki), firewall (Fortinet), VPN/SASE (Zscaler) and in the cloud (Azure).
• You will be responsible for the continuous development of the IT infrastructure in the area of the above-mentioned topics as well as for automation and monitoring (PRTG).
• The implementation of projects for site rollouts and setups of new services is also part of your tasks.
• You will also be responsible for setting up, configuring and ensuring daily operations and supporting the management of external partners and service providers
• You will be responsible for managing the availability, quality and costs of network infrastructure and security.
• In addition, you will take care of fault and problem solving for hardware and software products at the 2nd/3rd level.

What makes you stand out

• You have a degree in (business) informatics or comparable training and further education in the field of IT.
• You have relevant experience in the field of Cisco ISE, Routing and Switching, Cisco DNA as well as very good knowledge of firewalling (Fortinet).
• You enjoy contributing your know-how in the field of SD-WAN and have in-depth knowledge in the field of Windows PKI, IPAM (Men&Mice).
• You are familiar with Azure network services, Hub and Spoke topology, VNET Peering, Azure Virtual Network Manager (AVNM) as well as with common network technologies, protocols and services (e.g. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMB/CIFS, Spanning-Tree, RADIUS).
• In addition, you are confident in network troubleshooting with common tools (traceroute, nmap, tcpdump, Wireshark) and can draw on your good knowledge of Linux-based systems as well as Windows Server 2012/ 2016 and Windows 10.
• You already have experience in the information security environment ISO2700.
• You are characterized by your strong communication skills as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working.
• Your business fluency in German and fluent English round off your profile.
