PCMCIA Resourcen Konflikt

Hallo, ich habe auf meinem alten 166er Notebook (Debian Etch) wohl irgendwie einen Resourcenkonflikt :/
Wenn ich meine SD Karte samt Adapter reinstecke und dann MP3s anhöre bleibt der Player hängen und ich bekomme

Das Problem ist ich habe schon EXCLUDE IRQ in /etc/pcmcia/config.opts für alle Peripherie eingetragen. Habe auch schon mit den Ports rumexperimentiert aber ich kriege das einfach nicht weg

Der Start ist eigentlich o.k.

Ich weiß nicht wie ich das Problem weiter einkreisen könnte
Habe schon die PCMCIA-Howto, Mobile-Guide und Google durchsucht aber nichts konkretes gefunden.
Kann mir da einer einen Tipp geben?

Das IRQ-Timeout muss nicht unbedingt durch einen Konflikt verursacht werden, sondern kann seinen Ursprung auch in fehlerhaften Sektoren auf dem Datenträger haben. Lass mal einen Dateisystem- und Badblocks-Check drüberlaufen.

Kann ich nicht bestätigen, fsck meldet alles ok.

Das komische ist, dass auch das Touchpad manchmal die Verbindung kurzzeitig verliert, das läuft über PS2 IRQ12.

Nun wäre es natürlcih interessant ob der bloße Datentransfer ausreicht oder ob der Crash nur ausgelöst wird wenn die Soundkarte arbeitet. Gibt es ein HDD Testtransfer tool für Debian?
