Handbuch Cisco 1603R

Moin!
Da mein SMC-Router dauernd bei zu vielen gleichzeitigen Verbindungen abschmiert, habe ich mir einen Cisco 1603R und einen 3com Super Stack II 3C16980 gekauft. Ich finde aber auf den Herstellerseiten leider keine Handbücher für den Router. Hat die evtl. jmd?? Ich muß nämlich wissen, was das Dinger genau unterstützt und wie ich Portfreigaben, Routingprotokoll usw. einzustellen habe. Für andere Tipps in der Hinsicht bin ich natürlich auch dankbar!!
Weiterhin interressiert mich, ob die PIX-Firewall schon auf dem Ding installiert ist bzw. wo ich die herbekomme und wie ich das Ding installiere und welche IOS-Version überhaupt die letzte ist, die auf dem Ding läuft...
Ergo: Bin dankbar für jede erdenkliche Info zu dem Teil.

Bei den Whitepapers für die 1600er Serie findest Du auch eine Feature List.

informationen über IOS version und Hartware bekommst Du mit: show version
Musst aber vorher in den enable modus.

1603 sind Router und PIX sind Firewall(router), da gibts nix zu installieren.

IP Routing stellst Du mit : ip route * * ein.

Routingprotokolle braucht Du nicht einzustellen. ^^

Filterregeln kannst Du auch in den 1600er über die access-lists erstellen.

ich meinte, daß ich das alles kann (bin zwar kein CCNA, hab aber Cisco-Crash-Kurs gehabt)^^
Stimmt, is blöd augedrückt, besser wäre: Ich kenne die IOS-Befehle uns weiß damit umzugehen... Ein IOS programmieren kann ich natürlich net^^

#Routingprotokolle braucht Du nicht einzustellen

Brauch ich nich, kann ich aber^^; es gibt ja performance-mäßig GROßE Unterschiede zw. RIP1 (bääääh), RIP2 (etwas weniger bääääh), OSPF (ziemlich gut), IGRP (ich denke, das ist das Beste).
Und wie es aussieht, unterstützt der Router leider IGRP (Cisco-Routing-Protokoll) net... Klingt komisch, scheint aber so zu sein.

Mit Portfreigaben meinte ich auch eher Port-Forwarding (z.B. für Online-Games, Sharing-Tools) durch das NAT... Wobei: Wie stelle ich NAT ein, wird das unterstützt???
