Ich bekomme neuerdings wenn ich mit nero eine audio cd brennen will immer folgende fehlermeldung:
SCSI Target Error.


Weiß jemand vielleicht wie man diesen fehler beheben kann?

aja, du hast natürlich nen ide/atapi-brenner und es kommt der "scsi target error", oder ??

mein alter 4x-brenner bringt mir so im abstand von 12 monaten diesen fehler..

aja, muss normalerweise nich mal ne aktuellere firmware sein, geht auch die momentane version, hauptsache das lw wird geflasht.. ka, wieso das so ist..

Was heisst das lw flashen????

Hab nähmlich das gleiche Problem!

und braucht man um im dos zu "flashen" eigene befehle? dann bitte auch hier rein!

Einfach das Firmwareupdate von LiteOn herunterladen und dann der Anleitung folgen. Man sollte ihr genau folgen, es sei denn, man weiß genau, was man tut.. Ich habe bei meinem Brenner auch erstmal zwei Updates machen müssen, bis er ohne Probleme (unter Windows) lief.

stimmt nich ganz. oder sagen wirs so, damit fährt man nicht falsch, aber es geht auch einfacher..
oft steht da nämlich, man soll die datei auf ne startdiskette kopieren, von der dann booten usw..

also man muss eigentlich nur irgendwie ins dos kommen (startdiskette, win9x-cd) und dann das file starten..
als tipp: kopiers in c:\ rein, dann musste nich ewig den pfad eintippen..

aja, "flashen" heißt bei bios/firmware "updaten" (keiner sagt: "ich update meine firmware", sondern "ich flashe mein laufwerk"..)

Deswegen sagte ich, wenn man weiß, was man tut. Denn ohne weiteres kann ein Update der Firmware den IDE Treiber zerschießen lassen, was dann zum aufhängen der Festplatte und somit zu einem Laufwerk mit kaputtem Flashrom führt.

Genau, und exzellent heißt heute geil, gut aussehend cool und ich bin wahrscheinlich altmodisch, weil ich meine Firmware update (allgemeiner Sprachgebrauch) und nicht "mein Laufwerk flashe". Guten Tag.

hej, nich beleidigt fühlen.. aber ich hab bisher wirklich noch keinen gesehen, der seine firmware updatet.. is vielleicht auch deutscher (va verständlicher) sprachgebrauch, aber "flashen" is zumindest in den kreisen, in denen ich mich aufhalte, gebräuchlicher (ok, diese leute finden auch latein cool im gegensatz zu 70 anderen personen im jahrgang )

und bitte jetz kein vortrag über den verfall der deutschen sprache durch anglizismen (schreibt man das so?) 8)

das mit dem "treiber" is nicht ganz korrekt (dokumentiert), aber im prinzip stimmts..
